Your role:</b></p><p>
We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Investment Technology to design, build, and support capabilities for the Invesco ETF platform, including applications and workflows that power portfolio construction, trading, analytics, and operational processes across Equities, Fixed Income, and Alternatives.</p><p></p><p>
This role will partner closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that support both technology-owned platforms and business-driven workflows (e.g., co-developed tools such as dashboards and portfolio management utilities). The engineer will play a key role in modernizing the platform architectures while improving data pipelines, system reliability, and development standards.</p><p></p><p>
You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong expertise in data engineering, application development, and distributed systems, with a focus on building resilient, production-grade solutions and reducing operational risk. The role requires a hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to drive delivery and continuous improvement. The role reports to Associate Director, Investment Technology supporting the ETFs business.</p><p></p><p><b>
What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
AI‑accelerated engineering: institutionalize daily use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock) for coding, tests, documentation, and prototyping; set review standards for AI‑generated code.</p></li><li><p>
Design, build, and maintain data engineering workflows and platform services supporting the Vision platform and model delivery ecosystem</p></li><li><p>
Develop and extend platform components responsible for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and routing across internal and external systems</p></li><li><p>
Build robust Python-based services, APIs, and microservices supporting portfolio analytics, optimization workflows, and data pipelines</p></li><li><p>
Design and optimize SQL-based data processing (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), including complex queries, performance tuning, and large-scale ETL workflows.</p></li><li><p>
Implement and support distributed, event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, asynchronous workflows) for scalable platform execution.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, Aurora).</p></li><li><p>
Design and operate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure reliable and repeatable releases.</p></li><li><p>

What you will bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Proven hands-on experience in software engineering or data engineering (financial services or asset management experience preferred).</p></li><li><p>
Proven Python experience, including data processing, APIs, or service-based architecture.</p></li><li><p>
Proven SQL experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and/or Snowflake), including performance tuning and ETL workflows.</p></li><li><p>
Experience with cloud-native development (AWS) and containerized environments. ,</p></li><li><p>
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing.</p></li><li><p>

About the Role:</b></p><p><br>
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive senior-level administrative, operational and coordination support to the Global Head of Core Compliance, and Compliance Leaders (Houston based). The role acts as a central point of organization, continuity and follow-through across the global Compliance team, supporting leadership effectiveness, team connectivity, governance routines, onboarding, vendor processes and key business initiatives.</p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities of the Role:</b></p><br>

Provide direct senior-level administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Core Compliance, Compliance Leaders and other designated stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain complex calendars and schedules across time zones, including meetings, appointments, travel, conference calls and leadership routines.</li><li>
Coordinate internal and external meetings, visits, interviews, departmental sessions and governance forums, including room bookings, participant scheduling, audio/visual support, catering and logistics.</li><li>
Support leadership meetings and governance routines by preparing agendas, coordinating presentation materials, compiling supporting documentation, capturing action items and tracking follow-up to completion.</li><li>
Maintain action trackers for projects, compliance deliverables, annual planning activities and team initiatives, proactively following up with stakeholders on outstanding items, deadlines and dependencies.</li><li>
Provide visibility into key priorities and flag risks, delays or coordination issues to Compliance leadership in a timely and constructive manner.</li><li>

Requirements for the Role</b></p><br>

7+ years of senior administrative, executive support, operations coordination or professional office experience.</li><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.</li><li>
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled productivity tools.</li><li>
Strong capability in meeting coordination, agenda development, materials preparation, action tracking and stakeholder follow-up.</li><li>
Experience supporting leaders across multiple offices, regions and time zones; familiarity with global team dynamics is preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with the investment management industry and Compliance concepts, practices and procedures is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain structured processes, documentation, trackers and shared resources that improve organization, transparency and collaboration.</li><li>
