This unique role is based entirely out of our professional office in Business Bay, Dubai. We require a professional &quot;closer&quot; who can expertly leverage a strong broker network and manage high-net-worth direct clients.What We Require (Non-Negotiable)We are only considering candidates who meet the following strict criteria:<ul><li>Dubai Brokerage Expert: Minimum 2 years of proven, high-performance sales experience within the Dubai Developer&rsquo;s market.</li><li>Bilingual Fluency: Absolute fluency (written and spoken) in both Arabic, Chinese, Russian and English is essential for market communication.</li><li>Performance: A demonstrable track record as a successful Sales Closer, consistently exceeding demanding targets.</li><li>Focus: A natural ability to build and monetize strong relationships with real estate brokers across the UAE.</li></ul>Your Core MissionYou will drive revenue through two critical channels:Broker Network Management (B2B):<ul><li>Identify, onboard, and train top-performing brokerage firms in Dubai.</li><li>Conduct professional sales presentations and workshops on the Georgian product portfolio.</li><li>Drive significant sales volume through channel partners.</li></ul>Direct Sales &amp; Closing:<ul><li>Manage and close high-value leads from initial inquiry to final contract.</li><li>Serve as the market expert, advising clients on investment returns and legal compliance.</li></ul>Significant Advantage<ul><li>Previous experience selling Georgian properties or other international emerging market investments.</li></ul>Compensation StructureThis position offers a highly attractive package designed for elite performers:<ul><li>Basic Salary</li><li>Lucrative, Uncapped Commission Structure tied to sales and network performance.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
