About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager / operator to oversee a our growing 49-unit residential portfolio across multiple properties in the Daytona Beach area.This is a high-responsibility role focused on ensuring that all aspects of property operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, enforcing standards, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.This is not a purely administrative role. You are expected to own outcomes, solve problems, and ensure execution across all areas of the portfolio.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations across all properties</li><li>Ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly and properly</li><li>Supervise maintenance staff and ensure accountability</li><li>Manage rent collection, follow-ups, and delinquencies</li><li>Handle tenant communication, issues, and rule enforcement</li><li>Coordinate and oversee unit turns and readiness</li><li>Ensure consistent leasing activity and unit showings</li><li>Manage evictions and compliance processes as needed</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Expectations<ul><li>Approximately 50 hours per week</li><li>Must be available on-call for urgent issues and emergencies</li><li>This role requires someone who is responsive, dependable, and proactive</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience in property management or portfolio operations (3 years minimum)</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-through skills</li><li>Comfortable holding others accountable and making decisions</li><li>A problem-solver with a &ldquo;figure it out&rdquo; mindset</li><li>Someone who takes ownership of results, not just tasks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience managing residential properties</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to manage both people and processes effectively</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$55,000 &ndash; $70,000 base salary</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth with a growing portfolio</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li></ul>To ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>A summary of your relevant experience</li><li>An example of how you handled a difficult operational or tenant issue</li><li>Your availability</li></ul>Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
