Atlantic Carolinas Title is looking for a Title Insurance Underwriter that is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in the real estate and title insurance industry. As an Underwriter, you&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate title underwriting, customer service, and administrative support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

<ul><li>Provide professional and courteous customer service, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
</li><li>Receive and process title insurance orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
</li><li>Maintain accurate reports, client records, and account receivables.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with underwriting principles and guidelines.
</li><li>Review and produce commitments, policies, and endorsements with precision.
</li><li>Coordinate document recording with attorneys and recording offices.
</li><li>Communicate with leadership regarding workflow, challenges, and process improvements.
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>Experience: 2+ years of administrative or underwriting experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing preferred.
</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with title insurance, legal instruments, and real estate transactions a plus.
</li><li>Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with underwriting systems and general office software.
