Ready to help homebuyers close with confidence? Richland County Abstract, a division of Title Solutions Group, is looking for a detail-driven Settlement Officer to coordinate, process, and disburse escrow files across the markets we serve. You&rsquo;ll be partnering with lenders, processors, and clients to deliver accurate, on-time settlements and an exceptional experience.

</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Support business development alongside Marketing and stay current on settlement technology; recommend upgrades.
</li><li>Follow ITIC settlement/accounting guidelines and communicate professionally with clients and teammates.
</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of closings: prepare and process loan packages, ensure file readiness, and attend closings as needed.
</li><li>Create/edit settlement statements; print checks and manage disbursements; complete all post-closing functions.
</li><li>Perform daily reconciliation reviews; monthly 1099 exception and A/R cleanups; monitor and follow up on aging escrow files.
</li><li>Answer escrow customer questions and drive issue resolution with urgency and care.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Agency Manager on workload, customer issues, and any production obstacles; jump into special projects.
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent training/experience).
</li><li>2+ years in real estate loan closings and settlement operations</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills to review real estate transaction documents.
</li><li>Organized, deadline-driven, and steady under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication.
