Asvayuk Technologies is looking for an Fresher or experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and assisting in the growth of our dynamic IT team. Note- Training will be provided to the trainee, followed by on-role hiring upon successful completion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management:</li><li>Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and absenteeism.</li><li>Ensure accurate monthly reports for payroll processing.</li><li>Hiring &amp; Recruitment:</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.</li><li>Salary &amp; Payroll Management:</li><li>Calculate monthly salaries including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts team for timely salary disbursal.</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Management:</li><li>Address employee queries, manage grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.</li><li>Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:</li><li>Conduct orientation programs for new hires.</li><li>Manage smooth exit processes, full and final settlements, and documentation.</li><li>Performance &amp; Retention:</li><li>Handle employee performance evaluations, increments, and appraisals.</li><li>Strategize retention plans and conflict resolution methods to maintain low attrition.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or tech company.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and resolve conflicts effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Friendly work environment with growth opportunities</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge tech teams (Blockchain, AI, MERN, Flutter, etc.)</li><li>Opportunities to lead HR strategies for expansion and talent acquisition</li></ul>To Apply: Send your CV to hiring@asvayuktech.com or contact us at 9041065990Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
