Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Manager to support our business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. The role involves client interaction, product demonstrations, proposal support, and coordination with internal teams. Attractive incentives will be provided for each successful sale closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable assessment and testing solutions
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos (travel may be required)
- Follow up with prospects and close sales within defined timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients
- Prepare basic proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Track sales activities and update reports on leads, conversions, and closures
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Basic understanding of technology-driven solutions (EdTech / SaaS is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in education, assessment, testing, or technology solutions
- Exposure to institutional or corporate sales
- Knowledge of digital assessment platforms or examination services
