Social Media and Influencer ManagerWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media and Influencer Manager to own our online presence. You will be responsible for developing our social media strategy, growing an engaged community, and managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management&middot; Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).&middot; Create and curate a high-quality, on-brand content calendar (including copy, visuals, and video).&middot; Manage all community engagement: respond to comments and DMs promptly, fostering a positive and engaged community.&middot; Analyse and report on social media KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth, website traffic) and use data to optimize future content.&middot; Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends.&middot; Lead the creative ideation and storyboarding for short-form video, guiding the Videographer and Editor from concept to publicationInfluencer Marketing&middot; Build and execute the company's influencer marketing strategy from the ground up.&middot; Identify, vet, and recruit on-brand influencers (from micro to macro-level).&middot; Manage all influencer communications: outreach, negotiation of contracts, and relationship management.&middot; Develop clear campaign briefs, ensuring influencers understand deliverables, key messages, and brand guidelines.&middot; Track and analyse the performance of all influencer campaigns, focusing on ROI, conversions, and brand lift.Qualifications &amp; Requirements&middot; Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.&middot; Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.&middot; Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.&middot; Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current social media landscape and key platforms.Communication: Exceptional copywriting, communication skills. Fluent in English is a must, Arabic is mandatory.Job Type: Full-time
