About the Role</b></h3><p>
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to lead and enhance our payables operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in supplier reconciliation, payment processing, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with IFRS and KSA regulatory standards.<br>

This role is integral to maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Accounts Payable Management</b></h3><ul><li>Oversee the full end-to-end AP cycle &mdash; from invoice verification and posting to reconciliation and payment execution.</li><li>Review supplier invoices to ensure compliance with company policies, VAT/ZATCA requirements, and approval workflows.</li><li>Manage supplier aging, schedule timely payments, and maintain up-to-date reconciliations of all vendor accounts.</li><li>Resolve complex billing discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all supplier records.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>Work with large datasets to analyze payment trends, supplier performance, and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed AP reports, including DPO, unbilled accruals, and payment forecasts.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Payments &amp; Reconciliation</b></h3><ul><li>Manage weekly and monthly payment through ERP and banking systems.</li><li>Reconcile supplier ledgers and deposits to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with Treasury for cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Process Improvement &amp; Compliance</b></h3><ul><li>Streamline workflows through automation and system enhancements in collaboration with product and finance teams.</li><li>Support internal and external audits with timely, accurate documentation.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Stakeholder &amp; Supplier Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>Liaise with Tech, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve invoices and other discrepancies.

Requirements</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA compliance, and KSA VAT regulations.</li><li>Proven experience handling large supplier portfolios and high-volume payables.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Xero, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

The Cash Collection Specialist is responsible for managing and following up on outstanding customer payments for the KSA market. The role ensures that all dues are collected on time, accurately recorded, and handled professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.<br>

<b>1. Customer Payment Follow-up</b><br>
