Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Experience: </b>Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.</li><li><b>
Technical Skills:</b> Strong proficiency in SQL and at least minimum Power BI skills.</li><li><b>
Analytical Mindset:</b> Proven ability to monitor data and provide actionable insights that support business growth.</li><li><b>
Documentation:</b> Skilled in drafting functional specifications for technical developers.</li><li><b>

Senior Business Analyst II

<div><div>We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinklr Expert to join our Maintenance and Sustain Team, responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Sprinklr platform. This role focuses on maintaining existing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business teams to maximize platform efficiency and user experience.</div><div></div><div><br>

Platform Maintenance &amp; Support</div><div></div><div><br>
Monitor Sprinklr platform health and performance.</div><div>
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.</div><div>
Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes as needed.</div><div></div><div><br>
Configuration &amp; Optimization</div><div></div><div><br>
Maintain and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting within Sprinklr.</div><div>
Ensure integrations with other systems (CRM, social channels, analytics tools) remain functional and up-to-date.</div><div></div><div><br>
User Support &amp; Training</div><div></div><div><br>
Act as the primary point of contact for Sprinklr-related queries.</div><div>
Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.</div><div>

Governance &amp; Compliance</div><div></div><div><br>
Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.</div><div>

Knowledge of API integrations and data flows.</div><div>
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.</div><div></div><div><br>

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</div><div>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</div><div>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.</div><div></div><div><br>

Sprinklr Certification(s).</div><div>
Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations.</div><div>
