Maintenance </b><b>Supervisor</b></p><br>
<p></p>

Your future role</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Assign preventive and predictive maintenance, repair, and installation of machines and equipment.</li>
<li>Implement TPM, 5S, ISO 14001, IATF, LPA, and CSR activities for maintenance compliance</li>
<li>Conducts audits to ensure that maintenance personal complete proper 5S activity in their areas of responsibility</li>
<li>Manage workforce planning and technician allocation across shifts.</li>
<li>Optimize spare part usage, reduce breakdowns (MTTR &amp; MTBF), and drive Kaizen/Lean projects.</li>
<li>Monitor machine health using SCADA, HMI, and leverage data analytics for predictive maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintain machine drawings, manuals, and digital backups.</li>
<li>Conduct daily safety and performance meetings, promote a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.</li></ul><br>

Your profile</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.</li>
<li>Electrical safety officer license certification is an added advantage</li>
<li>15 years of experience in maintenance operations with 5 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing/automotive industry.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of TPM, ISO standards, and preventive maintenance systems.</li>
<li>Experience with SCADA programming,Robotics, CNC maintenance and data-driven maintenance strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li></ul><br>
