<br><p></p><div><div>Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) is a system to track and monitor displacement and population mobility, and it is designed to regularly and systematically capture, process, and disseminate information providing a better understanding of the movements and evolving needs of displaced populations, whether on site or en route. In recent years, DTM has become increasingly recognized as the primary source of displacement and migration data and information at the country, regional, and global levels. As a result of its worldwide presence, flexibility, and interoperability, the DTM is now being implemented in Pakistan.<div></div><div>Migration data analysis</div></div>
<p>
One of the core functions of DTM is data collection targeting various types of mobile populations and communities living with them through a variety of methods, such as face-to-face and/or telephonic interviews. In continuing its efforts on conducting data collection in several identified locations with various types and high numbers of migration and mobility, DTM will need numerous numbers of enumerators.</p><div></div>
<p>
Under the direct supervision of the Project Assistant and overall supervision of the Project Assistant (provincial Coordination), the enumerators will be responsible for organizing the data collection process (such as KIs or a schedule for interviews) and conducting the data collection process itself. Besides, enumerators will also be responsible for the following duties:</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities and Accountabilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and/or organize the data collection process with an identified key informant or a group of informants.</li>
<li>Carry out quantitative and qualitative data collection to identify key informants or a group of key informants and respect data collection deadlines.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of the data before it is submitted and ensure the data is being submitted on time.</li>
<li>Provide an update on the data collection process and feedback on the challenges in the data collection process, including data recording and submission.</li>
<li>Complete the targeted number of interviews per day assigned by DTM</li>
<li>Responsible for the integrity and protection of data by following IOM&rsquo;s Data Protection Manual.</li>
<li>Participate in briefings, orientation sessions, and training as required.</li>
<li>Represent the program professionally and correctly for the assignments.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor</li>
</ul>
<div><p><b>Required Qualifications and Experience</b></p>
<p><b>
 </b><b>EDUCATION</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>A secondary school diploma from an accredited educational institution.</li>
<li>A completed bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited academic institution is an advantage.</li>
</ul></div><div><b>EXPERIENCE:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Undergraduate degree or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</li>
<li>Having experience in face-to-face or phone interviews for data collection is an advantage</li>
</ul><div><b>SKILLS:</b></div>
</div> <ul><li>Ability to understand and accurately record respondents&rsquo; answers.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, particularly for conducting telephonic interviews (preferred).</li>
<li>Commitment to protecting respondents&rsquo; privacy, ensuring data security and confidentiality at all times.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>LANGUAGES:</b></p>
<p>
IOM&rsquo;s official languages are English, French, and Spanish.</p>
<p><b>
REQUIRED</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in Urdu is a must</li>
<li>Fluency in other languages spoken by Pakistani (e.g., Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi) is an advantage</li>
<li>Able to communicate in English is another advantage</li></ul><br>
