As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure), you&rsquo;ll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You&rsquo;ll combine strong technical expertise with ownership and leadership to ensure our platforms remain resilient, efficient, and customer-focused.</div><div></div><div><br>
In this role, you will:</div><ul><li>
Maintain and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform, state management, and version control to deliver consistent, automated environments</li><li>
Own and lead major incidents end-to-end, using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive swift resolution while minimising customer impact</li><li>
Proactively monitor and optimise platforms, identifying and resolving potential issues before they become service-affecting</li><li>
Diagnose complex technical problems across networking, compute, storage, and application layers, using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Drive automation and continuous improvement, enhancing platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing manual effort</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Professional Services and Engineering, Security, and Service teams to deliver resilient, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions</li><li>
Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly during high-pressure or high-impact situations</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll also act as a senior technical presence within the team&mdash;supporting others, contributing to best practices, and helping shape the ongoing evolution of our cloud services.</li></ul>
We want to hear from you if you::
<ul><li>You&rsquo;re an experienced Infrastructure or Cloud Engineer who thrives on designing and supporting secure, scalable environments across cloud and on-prem platforms</li><li>
You have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and are passionate about building consistent, automated, and repeatable solutions</li><li>
You take full ownership of complex, high-impact incidents, leading them end-to-end with clear communication, structured troubleshooting, and meaningful root cause analysis</li><li>
You stay calm under pressure, confidently coordinating across teams to minimise customer impact and drive fast resolution</li><li>
You proactively monitor and improve environments, spotting risks early and preventing issues before they become critical</li><li>
You bring deep technical expertise across networking, compute, storage, and application layers, with the curiosity to dig into complex problems</li><li>
You&rsquo;re passionate about automation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort</li><li>
You enjoy working collaboratively with Service, Security, and Professional Services teams to deliver resilient, compliant solutions</li><li>
You&rsquo;re a natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others while contributing to a high-performing engineering culture</li><li>
You&rsquo;re committed to continuous learning, with a drive to build Microsoft technical specialisms and certifications</li><li><b>

We&rsquo;re looking for talented people to join our growing team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll take ownership of on-site operations at our London Data Centre, ensuring customer platforms run smoothly and efficiently.</div><div></div><div><br>
Every day will bring new challenges as you troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a variety of technologies, from networking gear to servers. You&rsquo;ll install and configure operating systems, monitor system performance, and respond to alerts to maintain reliability and uptime.</div><div></div><div><br>
Working as part of a collaborative team, you&rsquo;ll provide 24/7 support on a rotating shift basis, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to enterprise-level technologies in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by resolving technical problems quickly and professionally while keeping a calm, customer-focused approach.</div>
We want to hear from you if you::
<ul><li>You have hardware experience, including Cisco networking gear (whether it&rsquo;s personal or enterprise level, if you've been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family, we want to hear from you).</li><li>
You have experience or knowledge of OS installation.</li><li>
You have a strong understanding of customer service.</li><li>
You are able to work on a shift basis, as we provide support to our customers 24/7</li></ul><div><br>
