 Provides instruction in computer-aided design to students enrolled in non-credit workforce training in the Center of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing. Courses emphasize practical, hands-on training rather than academic credit.

   Teach fundamental and intermediate CAD skills using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD 2024
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare learners for entry-level positions in drafting, design and manufacturing
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to teach CAD to adult learners and peers
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to use computer software to enter time worked
  </li>
  <li>
   Other duties as assigned
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience with CAD Programming and Application
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to Teach Others
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate in both small and large group settings and with diverse groups of people including co-workers, students, business contacts and at various levels from front-line to administration
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to pass a background check
  </li>
  <li>
   The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  </li>
  <li>
   Bending, Crouching, or Kneeling during hands-on lab demonstrations or classroom setup
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to lift up to 50lbs
