What you&rsquo;ll do as an Account Manager:
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and managing customer relationships within the Chandler territory. This is a hunter role focused on identifying new prospects, building relationships, and expanding NAC&rsquo;s market presence while also maintaining and growing existing accounts. 
What you can expect to do as an Account Manager:<ul><li>
Proactively prospect, cold call, and network to generate new leads and grow NAC&rsquo;s customer base across the Chandler territory.</li><li>
Develop and execute sales strategies to open doors and close new business opportunities.</li><li>
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing solutions that meet technical and commercial needs.</li><li>
Build long-term relationships by understanding customer goals and delivering exceptional service.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.</li><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new areas for growth.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and forecasts to customers and leadership.</li><li>
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and expand the territory.</li></ul> 
What we are looking for in an Account Manager:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or chemical/composites industry.</li><li>
Strong &ldquo;hunter&rdquo; mentality with a proven track record of building pipelines and closing new business.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.</li><li>
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.</li></ul>
