Candidates should have relevant experience in various technology domains preferably in Computer Science / Software / Electronics &amp; Communication / EEE domainQualification<ul><li>Bachelor's/ Master's in Computer Science / IT / Electronics &amp; Communication / EEE /</li><li>Indian Patent Agent Qualification required</li></ul>No of Position - 1Job Description-<ul><li>Engage in ongoing communication with patent Controllers at the patent office, responding to any objections, rejections, or requests for additional information in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Prepare and present legal and technical arguments to patent Office to overcome rejections or objections, that includes Responding to Examinations Reports and Attending Hearings. These arguments aim to demonstrate the novelty, Inventive Step, and Industrial Application of the invention.</li><li>Make necessary amendments to the patent application to address concerns raised by the patent Office. Ensure that any changes made are consistent with the invention and the client's objectives.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all interactions with patent offices, correspondence with Controllers, and patent-related documentation.</li><li>Keep clients informed about the status of their patent applications, provide updates on the prosecution process, and answer any questions or concerns promptly.</li><li>Assist in handling formal requirements raised in the Examination Reports and Hearing Notices</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>what is your current ctc?
