This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to drive engagement, grow followers, and run ROI-driven campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.</li><li>Create high-quality content: graphics, AI-generated videos, reels, and posts.</li><li>Plan, run, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.)</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous growth and engagement.</li><li>Respond to messages, comments, and manage online community professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with the team for brand consistency and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (minimum 3-5 years preferred)</li><li>Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and analytics</li><li>Graphic designing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)</li><li>Skilled in AI tools for video and content generation</li><li>Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies</li><li>Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
