 We are looking for a teammate for the " Retail Store Manager&rdquo; position at IPEKYOL GROUP in Abu Dhabi.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Assigns duties to relevant employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage inventory at store
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit &amp; amount sale, profitability, UPT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overview all operational and administrative tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and to constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements

 <li>
 Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit &amp; amount sale, profitability, UPT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data to create best strategies for the store.
