</p><p>Accountable for assisting servers with delivering food and cleaning tables. Creates and maintains a welcoming environment for guests by providing friendly service and ensuring the restaurant is clean and safe.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring guests and team members have a spotless, clean and safe environment.</li>
<li>Clear and reset tables quickly between each guest seating.
</li><li>Deliver food efficiently to assigned table or section.</li>
<li>Familiarize table/section numbers and food menu</li>
<li>Respond to guest request, and inform server or management of request or issue.</li>
<li>Take initiative to complete housekeeping duties including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, polishing silverware, and etc.
</li><li>Stock supplies for servers and other positions as needed.</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<p><b>Experience &amp; Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Server Assistant is preferred or a minimum of 6 months experience in food service/hospitality.</li>
<li>Previous point of sale system experience is recommended.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.</li>

Theater Server Assistant

<div><p><b>Sanitation Specialist</b></p><br>

</p><p>The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members by continuously sanitizing high-touch areas, maintaining restroom cleanliness, and ensuring sanitation supplies are fully stocked and operable. The Sanitation Specialist works proactively to support all sanitation initiatives and collaborates with management to address any additional cleaning or safety needs.</p>

</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Follow all established sanitation and safety protocols for cleaning products and procedures.</li>
<li>Continuously circulate through the facility, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, counters, door handles, trash receptacles, handrails, and other high-touch areas.</li>
<li>Maintain and restock all sanitation stations, restrooms, and supply carts throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Inspect and sanitize restrooms and high-traffic areas at least every 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Ensure all hand sanitizer units, sanitation stations, and related signage are in place, full, and functional.</li>
<li>Assist with cleaning and resetting auditoriums and guest areas as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a cleaning schedule and follow all MSDS guidelines for chemical handling and use.</li>
<li>Proactively maintain back-of-house (BOH) areas such as kitchen lines, prep spaces, and break rooms.</li>
<li>Monitor sanitation inventory and submit weekly product and supply requests to the General Manager.</li>
<li>Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect when interacting with guests, management, and fellow team members.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<p><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of janitorial or facility cleaning experience, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.</li>
<li>Full compliance with sanitation and safety standards at all times.</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.</li>
<li>Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods.</li>
<li>Clear and professional communication skills with both guests and coworkers.</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and late-night shifts.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift or carry up to 50 lbs. for extended period.</li>

Sanitation Specialist

</b></p><p>Accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, tableware, and work areas to support smooth kitchen and dining operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a sanitary, safe, and efficient environment.

</b></p><ul><li>Collect used kitchenware from kitchen and all dining areas</li>
<li>Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines; hand-wash items when needed</li>
<li>Monitor water temperature to ensure proper sanitization</li>
<li>Clean and organize dish room, workstations, floors, and equipment</li>
<li>Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when low</li>
<li>Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated areas</li>
<li>Report any mechanical or performance issues with equipment promptly</li>
<li>Assist with cleaning food prep and production areas as needed</li>
<li>Support overall operations by assisting team members when necessary
