Senior Customer Care Representative- Lee's Summit, Missouri (hybrid)

At IPL Schoeller, we&rsquo;re committed to delivering exceptional service and sustainable solutions. As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in managing complex customer accounts, ensuring seamless order processing, and driving collaboration across departments
What You'll Do 
<ul>
<li>
Own the customer experience: Manage daily activities for assigned accounts, from order entry to shipment.</li>
<li>Enter and track orders in our ERP system and resolve customer concerns with clear communication.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and aged stock, providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Generate reports to support supervisors and sales teams in decision-making.</li>
<li>Serve as backup to the Customer Service Supervisor when needed.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with safety and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For<ul>
<li>
Education: Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Experience: 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination&mdash;preferably in manufacturing or packaging.</li>
<li>Spanish or French fluency preferred</li>
<li>Strong ERP and CRM skills (IFS experience a plus).</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.</li>
