We're a real estate investment company in growth mode across northern New England, and we're looking for a steady, skilled videographer to handle our content pipeline part-time. Not a creative director, not a brand strategist, a reliable craftsperson who can take a clear vision, turn it into footage and finished videos, and deliver on schedule, every week. 
Here's how the role works: our Chief Innovator sets the creative direction and signs off on the final edited videos. You handle everything in between: the field shoots, the talent coordination, the editor coordination, the file organization, and the handoff to our social media coordinator. You're the consistent set of hands that keeps the pipeline organized and moving without drama.

Clear, professional communication with editors and the social media coordinator</li><li>
Comfort working solo for long stretches and building easy rapport with subjects</li><li>
The kind of dependability that means we don't have to follow up to find out if something got done</li></ul> 
What we're not asking for:<ul><li>
Editing. This will be handled externally &mdash; your job is to brief them well and coordinate revisions as needed</li><li>
Strategic input on brand direction</li><li>
A 9-to-5 schedule. This is part-time and field-based, built around the shoot list and the delivery calendar</li></ul> 
Who You'll Report To:
You'll work directly with our Chief Innovator. We give clear direction; you take it and run. Once you know the rhythm of how we work, bring us your ideas &mdash; but we need someone good at moving on once a call is made. 
Compensation &amp; Logistics:<ul><li>
$20&ndash;$25/hour depending on experience, roughly 15&ndash;20 hours/week</li><li>
Part-time W-2 employee, no benefits</li><li>
Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate</li><li>
Travel across NH, MA, and ME is required &mdash; your own reliable vehicle is a must</li></ul> 
This role is for you if you take pride in doing the work well, you'd rather be the dependable pro who delivers than the loud voice in the room, and you find genuine satisfaction in a clean file system, an on-time delivery, and a video that lands the way it was meant to. 
Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly 
Responsibilities:
What the role actually looks like:<ul><li>
Travel across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine to shoot with our team &mdash; investors, property managers, employees, contractors, deal-makers &mdash; capturing the work as it happens</li><li>
Translate the creative brief into footage that fits the vision</li><li>
Pass clear, organized notes in an Edit Brief to our external editors on which clips, cuts, and CG to use</li><li>
Track the edit pipeline so a set number of finished videos are ready each week</li><li>
Keep the file and asset library tidy and well-labeled</li><li>
Hand off approved videos to our social media coordinator on a reliable schedule</li></ul> 

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Demonstrated videography skills with a portfolio of clean, thoughtful work (school projects, freelance, or personal work all welcome)</li><li>
Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across NH, MA, and ME</li><li>
Strong organizational habits &mdash; comfortable managing files, tracking deadlines, and keeping a production calendar tidy</li><li>
Clear, professional written communication &mdash; able to write and edit briefs that an external editor can follow without back-and-forth</li><li>
Comfortable working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with new people on shoots</li><li>
Dependable and follow-through oriented &mdash; the kind of person who closes loops without being asked</li><li>
Available 15&ndash;20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can flex around shoot days</li></ul>
