Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of current marketing trends, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies encompassing digital marketing, multichannel marketing, and B2B marketing campaigns.</li><li>Manage and optimize online advertising efforts using platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Oversee content creation, including copywriting for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print advertising to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for improved ROI.</li><li>Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.</li><li>Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness through targeted campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.</li><li>Oversee website management using WordPress, HTML editing skills, and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user experience.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.</li><li>Prepare budgets for marketing projects and oversee advertising sales efforts to maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>Lead creative development using Adobe Creative Suite for visual content production that supports branding initiatives.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies across multiple channels including print advertising.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (including Facebook Advertising), marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively for performance optimization; familiarity with analytics tools is essential.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Proven experience in B2B marketing and product management; adept at managing budgets for large-scale campaigns.</li><li>Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Effective communicator with leadership qualities capable of managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
