Responsibilities &amp; Duties</b></h2><ul><li>
Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across technical, on-page, content, and off-page initiatives</li><li>
Lead IRA Financials&rsquo; AEO / AIO strategy to optimize content for AI-driven search, answer engines, and LLM-based discovery (e.g., featured snippets, &ldquo;People Also Ask,&rdquo; AI overviews, and generative search results)</li><li>
Conduct keywords, topics, and intent research to identify high-impact organic growth opportunities across the funnel</li><li>
Develop and own the blog and evergreen content roadmap in partnership with internal subject matter experts and content creators</li><li>
Create, edit, and optimize blog content to drive rankings, engagement, and conversions</li><li>
Partner with web teams to improve site structure, internal linking, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability</li><li>
Own organic traffic performance, rankings, conversions, and attribution reporting</li><li>
Monitor algorithm updates, search trends, and AI search evolution to proactively adjust strategy</li><li>
Identify and execute link-building and digital PR opportunities to strengthen domain authority</li><li>
Optimize existing content through audits, refreshes, and consolidation to maximize organic performance</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and acquisition goals</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></h2><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</div></li><li><p>
8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth and conversions</p></li><li><p>
Deep expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and on-page optimization</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of AEO / AIO and how AI-powered search and discovery platforms surface content</p></li><li><p>
Experience building and executing content strategies at scale, particularly blogs and educational content</p></li><li><p>
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar</p></li><li><p>
Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries strongly preferred</p></li><li><p>
Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, authoritative, and search-optimized content</p></li><li><p>
