The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Sales &amp; Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll actively reach out to local businesses to build relationships, showcase our software services, and drive new opportunities. You&rsquo;ll gain direct experience in B2B sales and marketing, working closely with our leadership team in a hybrid work model.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Research and identify local businesses that can benefit from our services.</li><li>Reach out via calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce IrenicTech.</li><li>Support the development of outreach campaigns, marketing materials, and pitch decks.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and track interactions.</li><li>Assist in organizing events, networking activities, and client meetings.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable reaching out to businesses directly (calls, emails, in-person).</li><li>Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn sales &amp; marketing fundamentals.</li><li>Interest in technology and software services is a big plus.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing for software services.</li><li>Exposure to client relationship-building and real-world business development.</li><li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced and innovative tech company.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: AED600.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
