Work directly with children in their homes, fostering communication, play, and learning.2. Learn from BCBAs on providing therapy to children and families. 3. Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied BehavioralAnalysis principles. 4. Accurately record treatment data and ensure client safety. 5. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct. 6. Provide ABA treatment, behavior management, and parent education to families with children with special needs. 7. Attend family team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessionsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)/ Behavior Technician (BT) Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>At least 18 years of age</li><li>At least 60 college credits required</li><li>Valid driver's license with a safe driving record</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Clean criminal background check and abuse registry check</li><li>Pass drug screening</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk 2 miles, and engage in physical activities</li><li>1-2 years of experience working with children in a supervised setting</li><li>Passion for working with children, families, and therapists</li><li>Self-motivated, team player, compassionate, and professional</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li></ul>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/ Behavior Technician (BT) Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Child</li><li>Development, Early Childhood</li><li>1 year of experience working under the direct supervision of a BCBA</li><li>Previous coursework or on-the-job training in Applied Behavior Analysis</li><li>Experience working with students with ASD or other developmental disabilities</li></ul>Join us at IRIS and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
