Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Staff Management:</li><li>Supervise salon staff (hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.).</li><li>Schedule shifts and manage employee work hours.</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.</li><li>Handle any personnel issues, conflicts, or complaints.</li><li>Customer Service:</li><li>Greet and assist clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a pleasant experience.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.</li><li>Promote services and products to clients.</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Salon Operations:</li><li>Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the salon.</li><li>Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are maintained.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies and ensure timely reordering.</li><li>Manage the booking system, making sure appointments are scheduled efficiently.</li><li>daaily follow up , calls and following the leads,</li><li>Meeting salon target assigned is a MUST</li><li>Financial Management:</li><li>Assist with budgeting, controlling expenses, and increasing profitability.</li><li>Promote sales of services and retail products to clients.</li><li>Achieving monthly salon target,inceasing sales of the salon.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Client Relations:</li><li>Develop promotional campaigns to attract new clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Handle client inquiries and ensure follow-ups for future bookings.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Compliance:</li><li>Ensure all equipment is sanitized, and health and safety protocols are followed.</li><li>Administrative Duties:</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing salon policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (some may require a degree or certification in cosmetology or business management).</li><li>Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a supervisory role in UAE</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Knowledge of salon equipment, products, and services.</li><li>Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Team leader qualities.</li></ul>Skills:ENSURE <ul><li>Leadership and team management.</li><li>Customer service excellence.</li><li>Financial and inventory management.</li><li>Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Target Oriented (MUST)</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Physically demanding due to standing for extended periods and handling salon equipment.</li><li>Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.</li></ul>A Salon Supervisor/manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the salon runs smoothly, delivers excellent service, and meets business objectives and goalsJob Type: Full-timePay: Depending on the experienceApplication Question(s):<ul><li>India / Asian national or any other who have same position experience</li><li>OWN VISA WIL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE TO THIS JOB.</li><li>visa if required can be provided by company</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Good in english (Required) (hindi or other language wil be added advantage.)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Al Nahda: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>company have assign target which need to be met .would be able to reach month assign target ?</li><li>Are you target oriented and Do you have team lead quality and can do target asssigned by company which is must for this position</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>salon manger/ salon incharge UAE: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent English (Preferred)</li></ul>
