Job Description</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Provide facilitation to projects and manage continued sustenance to QMS</li><li>Conduct SQA reviews and ensure process compliance in projects</li><li>Conduct QMS trainings</li><li>Collect and report metrics data from projects</li><li>Review / write assigned processes / CRs</li><li>Participate in senior management review of projects</li><li>Participate in innovation program as Innovation facilitators for delivery and enabling function</li><li>Participate in conducting ideation session</li><li>Mentor PMs to in identifying risks,- data analysis, innovations etc.</li><li>Conduct QMS trainings</li><li>Collect and report metrics data from projects</li><li>Review / write assigned processes / CRs</li><li>Ensure an environment of Zero surprises by identifying risks while conducting reviews and highlight to Delivery and Delivery Excellence leadership</li><li>Follow up with projects to ensure closure of action items of CSAT, Escalations/Complaints</li><li>Participate in Project team meetings</li><li>Participate in Project Causal Analysis meetings</li><li>Ensure formal Configuration Management of QMS documents and other documents</li><li>Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions</li><li>Provide guidance to project teams on the relevant software engineering and project management practices for optimum results</li><li>Ensure best practices are captured and shared in organization</li><li>Work closely with PMs, SPMs and ADMs to ensure the right models are implemented for engagements</li><li>Articulate contractual risks and work with senior management to mitigate the same</li><li>Drive improvements for the respective BU</li><li>Strong facilitation skills with an ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Backend Development:</b></p>

<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using Pandas for data processing.</li>
<li>Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices in a service-oriented architecture.</li>
<li>Write efficient Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and backend logic.</li>

<li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript.</li>
