<div><p><b>Iris Telehealth</b> is seeking a full-time <b>Adult </b><b>Psychiatrist</b> to provide psychiatric services in our <b>Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic</b>. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering meaningful care. You&rsquo;ll partner with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, alongside a dedicated administrative team that supports scheduling, prior authorizations, prescription requests, and care coordination. Patients also benefit from a comprehensive network of wrap-around resources, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, and nurse practitioners, ensuring a holistic and well-supported care experience.</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Dictate Appointment Times</b>: We are looking for highly skilled &amp; experienced clinicians to conduct assessments and build a case load, allowing continuity of care and seeing clients through a successful treatment plan from start to finish. You will be given the autonomy to determine the appropriate appointment duration for your clients.</p>

</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Schedule:</b><b> </b>30 hrs/wk | Monday &ndash; Friday, 8am-5pm CST</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Patient Population:</b> Ages 18+, including geriatric patients</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Appointment Times</b><b>:</b> 60 minutes for initial visits</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Caseload: </b>10-13 patients per day</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>No On-Call Required! </b>Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your needs.</p>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>NP Supervision:</b> Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNPs&mdash;no on-call or overnight shifts needed!</p></li></ul><br>

<p></p><div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p><b>Active IMLC LOQ and/or active Texas medical license strongly preferred.</b></p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Availability for 30 hours per week .</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with EPIC is a plus!).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.</p>
</li>
