They will have to work with graphic designers and the product team. The candidate will be required to create a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture along with APIs to support it. The React Native developers will make visualizations that can render huge quantities of data.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript, Typescript - based web and mobile applications using React ecosystem</li><li>Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to work with wireframes and design systems (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Work with native modules as and when required</li><li>Use Native APIs for tight integrations with both platforms &ndash; Android and iOS</li><li>Write automated unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Cypress.</li><li>Optimize app bundle size and startup time by using Hermes engine, lazy loading, and code splitting.</li><li>Create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency</li><li>Implement clean, smooth animations to provide an excellent user interface</li><li>Work with third-party libraries and APIs to extend app functionality.</li><li>Work with Redux architecture and its middlewares to improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps</li><li>Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in stipulated time/budget.</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance front-end performance using profiling tools (e.g., Flipper, React Profiler).</li><li>Write responsive and adaptive code that works seamlessly on both Android and iOS.</li><li>Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Firestore, Video Calls) and alternatives like AWS Amplify.</li><li>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments using tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.</li><li>Handle deep linking and app navigation using React Navigation, Dynamic Links, and Universal Links.</li><li>Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) for seamless transactions.</li><li>Keep up with the latest React Native updates and libraries to adopt best coding practices and new features.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in AI tools and automation.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills required:Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT with 2+ years of industry experienceTechnical Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including modern frameworks and best practices.</li><li>Solid understanding of React.js fundamentals and the React Native ecosystem.</li><li>Experience with TypeScript for improved type safety and maintainability.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development across devices.</li><li>Expertise in React Native best practices, performance optimization, and debugging techniques.</li><li>Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL for seamless data integration.</li><li>Familiarity with asynchronous programming, offline storage solutions, and push notifications.</li><li>Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for source control and code collaboration.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins.</li><li>Experience using React Native libraries such as React Navigation, Firebase, Realm, AsyncStorage.</li><li>Proficiency in unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Appium.</li><li>Strong expertise in gesture handling and animations using Reanimated, Gesture Handler, and Lottie.</li><li>Experience implementing OAuth, JWT, and biometric authentication (Face ID, Fingerprint).</li><li>Familiarity with code review, linting tools (ESLint, Prettier), and static code analysis (SonarQube, CodePush).</li><li>Solid grasp of software development lifecycle, versioning, and deployment strategies.</li><li>Experience in clean, modular, maintainable coding, adhering to scalable architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium for productivity and auto-suggestions.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous-learning mindset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentInterested candidates should send their resumes to careers@irishtaylor.comLocation: MaduraiREAD THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY.
