Job OverviewWe are seeking a SR HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This mid-level full-time position requires 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition and Payroll, The position deals with 70% Recruitment and 30% Payroll. He will be instrumental in shaping and guiding the HR practices in alignment with the company's strategic goals.Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent efficiently.</li><li>Must have knowledge on PF, ESI and PT</li><li>Knowledge on Payroll is must</li><li>Proven working experience as HR.</li><li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases</li><li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills</li><li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company</li><li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices</li><li>Degree in Human Resources or related field</li></ul>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met efficiently.</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li><li>Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and addresses performance-related queries.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by keeping up to date with legal requirements.</li><li>Plan and manage compensation and benefits programs geared towards the company's financial capability.</li><li>Develop and enhance the company culture by fostering inclusion and diversity practices.</li><li>Deploy data-driven analytics to monitor HR goals, identify improvement areas, and forecast HR trends.</li></ul>Immediate Joiners with Hospitality Experience is Preferred, working Location: Financial District, Hyderabad. Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor to join our team. This dual-role position involves developing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms while producing compelling video content for marketing, social media, and branding campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop high-quality designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.</li><li>Conceptualize and create video content including promotional videos, tutorials, reels, and animations.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to produce consistent branding across all content.</li><li>Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos using industry-standard software.</li><li>Stay current with design trends, editing styles, and new technologies.</li><li>Create visual storyboards and mood boards as part of the content planning process.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms.</li><li>Organize and archive design files and media assets for easy retrieval.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion graphics.</li><li>Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with 2D/3D animation is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.</li><li>Knowledge of photography and basic sound editing.</li><li>Experience working in Hospitality.</li></ul>Immediate Joiners are preferredIf anyone interested share the updated resume to my mail id hr@ironhill.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;260,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
