Main Functions</b></div><div>
Work at the official IRONMAN merchandise store assisting customers, athletes, family, and fans in a fast-paced retail environment.<br>

Duties (Include but Not Limited To)</b></div><ul><li>
Assisting in the execution of store setup and breakdown</li><li>
Stocking the sales floor and general store maintenance</li><li>
Greeting customers and assisting them with their various needs and questions</li><li>
Maintaining visual presentation of the store by sizing, folding and completing other tasks</li><li>
Assisting customers in swim, bike, run sections</li><li>
Processing monetary transactions at the register</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Overview</b></div><ul><li>
Upon hire all staff must complete the required UKG onboarding, proof of identification, and background check</li><li>
Temporary staff is hired on a temporary, at-will basis at a wage rate of $20 an hour. Staff will be paid via direct deposit no later than <b>August 31st, 2026 </b>to the address indicated on the tax paperwork.</li><li>
Appropriate breaks and lunches will be given depending upon the length of the shift.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Employment Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Outgoing and friendly</li><li>
Hard working with the ability to take direction from management</li><li>
1-2 years retail experience is preferred</li><li>
This is an active work environment. Employees will be expected to bend and reach, lift heavy boxes, and withstand being on their feet all day.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
