To support our growing production needs, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team.*Job Summary*We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to oversee all procurement activities for our factory. The ideal candidate will be an expert negotiator with a deep understanding of sourcing raw materials and components relevant to the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality materials and supplies at the most competitive prices, ensuring our production lines run efficiently without interruption. This role is purely focused on procurement and vendor management.*Key Responsibilities**Strategic Sourcing:* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers for raw materials such as fabrics, foam, steel, plastic components, hardware, and other essential supplies.*Vendor Management:* Build, maintain, and manage strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain. Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors.*Negotiation:* Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms for the company.*Cost Management:* Continuously analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.*Quality Assurance Coordination:* Collaborate closely with the Quality Control department to ensure that all procured materials meet our stringent quality standards and technical specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.*Procurement Process Management:* Manage the entire purchase order (PO) lifecycle, from requisition to delivery. Ensure accuracy in POs and all related documentation.*Collaboration:* Work in close coordination with the Production and Planning departments to understand material requirements and delivery schedules, ensuring materials are available as per the production plan.*Reporting:* Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings to senior management.*Required Qualifications &amp; Skills**Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a senior procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.* Experience in the furniture, automotive, or component manufacturing industry is highly desirable.* Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.** Strong experience in vendor development and relationship management.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.* Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.* Strong command of MS Office, particularly Google sheets* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
