Position Details</h2><ul><li>
Full-time, Day Shift</li><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday schedule</li><li>
Located in our Chandler Office</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Greet and assist patients; deliver exceptional customer service</li><li>
Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues</li><li>
Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information</li><li>
Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments</li><li>
Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation</li><li>
Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks</li><li>
Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Minimum Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment</li><li>
Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports</li><li>
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems</li><li>
Professional, positive attitude</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Education &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of medical experience preferred</li><li>
Surgical and/or Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations</h2><ul><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
