Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Telephone Interviewer to join our team. As a Telephone Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting phone interviews to collect data and gather market research information. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable communicating over the phone and have strong data entry skills.Responsibilities: - Conduct phone interviews with participants using provided scripts - Collect accurate and complete data during each interview - Follow established protocols and guidelines for data collection - Maintain confidentiality and ensure the privacy of participants' information - Enter data accurately into the designated database or system - Communicate effectively with participants to ensure clear understanding of questions - Provide exceptional customer service during each interaction - Adhere to project timelines and meet assigned quotasRequirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect data - Previous experience in market research or data collection is preferred - Bilingual skills (multilingual) must speak Vietnamese and English. - Proficient in data entry and typing skills - Familiarity with qualitative research interviewing techniques is a bonus - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable making outbound calls for research purposesWe offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
