Parts Counter SalespersonSchedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:30 a.m.&ndash;4:30 p.m. | Alternating Saturdays, 8 a.m.&ndash; 12:00 p.m.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable and energetic individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Salesperson. This is a dynamic role that combines customer service with hands-on work &mdash; ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and staying active throughout the day.This position is not just about ringing up sales &mdash; it involves a high level of product knowledge, problem-solving, and team collaboration. You'll be supporting both walk-in customers and internal teams, while also helping with day-to-day warehouse and inventory tasks.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Greet customers in person and on the phone, and assist with identifying and locating the parts they need</li><li>Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information</li><li>Enter and process sales transactions using our computer system</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter and workspace</li><li>Assist with inventory: restocking shelves, pulling orders, and performing cycle counts</li><li>Pick and stage parts for delivery or customer pickup</li><li>Help move and organize inventory in the warehouse when needed</li><li>Work closely with your team to meet customer needs and maintain service standards</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service, retail, or parts/warehouse environments is helpful</li><li>Ability to learn our inventory system and basic product knowledge (training provided)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to be part of a team</li><li>Physical ability to stand, lift, and move products throughout the day</li><li>Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic</li><li>Willingness to work alternating Saturdays</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screening</li></ul>Why Join Us? Parts Counter Sales

Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. alternating Saturday's 8 am to noon*CDL License not required, but must pass DOT Medical and Federally regulated drug test including marijuana.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles to deliver plumbing, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and electrical supplies to customers in a timely manner.</li><li>Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate and undamaged delivery of products.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including verifying orders and addressing any customer concerns or questions.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery records and collect payments as required.</li><li>Assist with warehouse duties such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory.</li><li>Keep delivery vehicles clean and properly maintained, reporting any maintenance issues to management.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, both on the road and in the warehouse.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Preferably six months to one year of experience making deliveries in a flatbed or box van.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow directions.</li><li>Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed.</li><li>Ability to pass DOT Medical and Federally regulated drug test including marijuana.</li><li>CDL license not required.</li><li>Experience in forklift operation.</li></ul>We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to fill the role of Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker.
