 This role will help us to do this by providing a professional electrical service that delivers an excellent customer experience and adhering to the current edition of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
 
 
 In this role, you willbe responsible for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carryingout all aspects of electrical works in customers homes and empty properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Repairing/replacingelectrical fittings and diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completingrelevant certification to BS: 7671 to include EICR, Minor Works and Installation certificates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliveringan excellent customer experience by understanding thedifferent needsof our customers and tailoring your approach. Be easy to deal with and do what you say you will.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers homes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update your PDA in real time on a jobs status and communicate with planners if customers are not at home or jobs are notviable.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 We Need People Who Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 City and Guilds Parts I, II &amp;IIIor NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation works
 </li>
 <li>
 City and Guilds 2391 or 2394 and 2395
 </li>
 <li>
 Current BS:7671 qualification (18th Edition Regulations)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a similar role and in certifying electrical works
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Testing and inspection of domestic dwellings
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound building, construction, General maintenance/repair knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in working with IT systems (email, word and excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Full valid driving licence
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Please note this role is subject to a basic DBS check.
