The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across various areas of HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
5-10+ years of experience in HR.
</li><li>Assist in full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
</li><li>Support investigations and resolution of employee relations issues.
</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
</li><li>Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
</li><li>Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
</li><li>Assist with annual open enrollment and liaise with benefits providers.
</li><li>Coordinate performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
</li><li>Assist managers with employee development plans and training initiatives.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
</li><li>Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
</li><li>Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, UKG, UKG pro, and success factors</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.</li></ul></div><p></p>
