JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Communicate with direct supervisor about scheduling</li><li>
Follow the guidelines for all company feeds and policies in place.</li><li>
Search pricing to be submitted on Purchase Orders</li><li>
Notify staff member of approvals or updated details of ordering/shipping</li><li>
Attach all proper receipts, papers, information to Purchase Orders and follow process for data entry on all levels before filing</li><li>
Communicate with Inventory Clerk to ensure that inventory is stocked and always maintained depending on seasonal needs. Items low in stock will need a Purchase Order submitted.</li><li>
Keep work area clean and safe at all times to prevent accidents.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
Accounting ie. Purchase Orders, Invoices, Receipts and Data Entry</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft word/excel</li><li>
Record Keeping ie. Make organizational charts and keep updated records, supply control</li><li>
Attention to detail</li><li>
Communication</li><li>
Personnel skills ie. Able to communicate with vendors, clients, team members in a professional mannerism</li><li>
Research skills ie. Being able to shop for the best prices factoring in quality vs. quantity and able to produce several comparisons</li></ul></div>
