calls jail physician to determine course of treatment, medications and accurately reflecting jail physician’s orders on associated medical records.Verifies all medications (prescription and over the counter) brought into the jail facility; initiates phone consultation with the jail physician in the absence of the jail nurse; responsible for accurate accounting and dispending of controlled drugs to inmates as directed by the jail physician.Prepares, delivers, and documents inmates’ medication, monitors and assists inmates in the taking of medication, assists in changing dressing, etc.;
