 Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator-Graphic Design team member supports the development, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on graphic design. This role blends creative design expertise with organizational, communication, and project management skills to help drive brand consistency and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 Graphic Design (Primary 60%)
<ul>
<li>Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, ads, event materials, and digital content.</li>
<li>Create and update branded templates (PowerPoint, Word, proposal layouts, etc.).</li>
<li>Develop clean, consistent visual content aligned with brand standards.</li>
<li>Support digital platforms by designing email headers, web graphics, and paid media assets.</li>
<li>Edit and format photos, remove backgrounds, and prepare files for both print and digital use.</li>
<li>Collaborate on video editing, animations, or motion graphics (as applicable).</li>
</ul>
 Marketing Coordination (40%)
<ul>
<li>Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.</li>
<li>Track KPIs, gather metrics, and assist with marketing reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Manage digital asset libraries, design files, and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments, leadership, and external vendors.</li>
</ul>
 Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>4 years minimum experience in marketing, graphic design, or a hybrid creative/coordination role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus).</li>
<li>Experience designing for both print and digital environments.</li>
<li>High attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and brand consistency skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks</li>

 Preferred Qualifications

<li>Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or B2B professional services.</li>
<li>Basic HTML/CSS or web content experience.</li>

Job Description

The Industrial Civil Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all civil and structural work meets project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements. Inspector will be required to perform and/or participate in audits or surveillance of activities, have a strong background in industrial construction, excavation, concrete, and site development with a focus on detailed documentation and field verification. Generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies operations and Site/Project Manager of significant problems, and completes documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of all inspections. or test activities.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Inspect civil and structural activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.</li>
<li>Perform concrete field tests (slump, air, temperature, cylinders).</li>
<li>Familiarity and monitor excavation, backfill, formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, compaction, formwork, reinforcement, and foundations.</li>
<li>Verify material quality, workmanship, and installation practices.</li>
<li>Perform field testing coordination including concrete testing, soil compaction tests, and geotechnical verification.</li>
<li>Understanding of concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, and masonry.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret building codes and project specifications.</li>
<li>Document construction activities and identify non-conformances.</li>
<li>Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when required and track corrective actions.</li>
<li>Compare field conditions to IFC drawings. Interpret civil drawings, construction notes, and details.</li>
<li>Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and project management to resolve quality issues.</li>
<li>Ensure all work follows company safety policies and OSHA requirements.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial or civil construction quality control.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of concrete, earthwork, foundations, and structural civil practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, AWS, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Proficient in field documentation and quality tracking software.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work in outdoor and industrial jobsite environments.</li>
<li>Achieved or working towards NCCER accreditation in Industrial Carpentry or Commercial Carpentry. New Hires will have 6 months to pass NCCER assessment.</li>
<li>Candidates for this position should have (4) year&rsquo;s related experience in Industrial Carpentry or Commercial Carpentry work.</li>

Industrial Civil Quality Control Inspector

At ISC, we are seeking a Construction Project Engineer &ndash; Electrical to join our Mission Critical Group based out of our Corporate Office in Baton Rouge area. Our Project Engineer position is a fulltime position with limited travel, project‑dependent with periodic site, factory, or commissioning visits.
Key Responsibilities 
Design Reviews, 3D Modeling/ BIM Coordination and Constructability<ul><li>
Support BIM/VDC coordination for electrical scopes, including model reviews and clash detection</li><li>
Participate in constructability reviews during preconstruction and execution to identify scope gaps, routing conflicts, and sequencing risks</li><li>
Review electrical routing, equipment layouts, and clearances within BIM models to support efficient installation and future expansion</li><li>
Assist with coordination of power zoning, redundancy paths, equipment labeling, and single‑line alignment within the model environment</li><li>
Support design development and IFC reviews to confirm alignment with owner standards, mission‑critical requirements, and commissioning strategy</li><li>
Track design revisions and ensure constructability feedback is incorporated into project documents</li></ul> 
Mission‑Critical Electrical Systems Support<ul><li>
Provide centralized support for critical electrical infrastructure, including:
</li><li><ul><li>Utility services and substations</li><li>
Medium‑ and low‑voltage switchgear</li><li>
Generators and paralleling gear</li><li>
UPS systems and batteries</li><li>
PDUs, RPPs, bus duct, and rack power</li></ul></li><li>
Assist with constructability reviews and energization sequencing to support redundancy, reliability, and uptime requirements</li></ul>
Cost, Schedule &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>
Assist with scope validation during estimating, buyout, and execution phases</li><li>
Track long‑lead electrical equipment procurement (switchgear, generators, UPS, bus duct, etc.)</li><li>
Support change management, cost tracking, and schedule updates related to electrical workstreams</li><li>
Maintain logs for procurement, commissioning readiness, and system turnover milestones</li></ul>
Electrical Project Coordination<ul><li>
Manage and coordinate electrical RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, logs, and as‑built documentation</li><li>
Maintain controlled electrical drawing sets, including single‑line diagrams, risers, grounding plans, and control schematics</li><li>
Prepare electrical status reports, trackers, and progress updates for project leadership and owners</li></ul> 
Subcontractor &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>
Support electrical subcontractor contract administration and compliance with owner standards</li><li>
Coordinate vendor submittals, factory witness testing (FWT) documentation, and delivery schedules</li><li>
Assist with multidisciplinary coordination between electrical, mechanical, controls, and IT teams</li></ul>
Qualifications
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering</li><li>
Equivalent experience may be considered</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
1&ndash;5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination roles</li><li>
Experience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, industrial power, or large‑scale electrical projects preferred</li></ul>
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and specifications</li><li>
Working knowledge of NEC requirements, grounding and bonding principles, and critical power systems</li><li>
