The Position:

We are looking for a Timekeeper / Office Manager for our project in Aurora, North Carolina. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper communication and documentation between the project team and field.
<ul>
<li>Responsible for generating client daily time sheets, audit sheets, head counts, and obtaining client approval signatures on time sheets and invoices.</li>
<li>Responsible for ISC weekly time summary sheets to payroll.</li>
<li>Responsible for providing Cost Control Team with time/cost information for updates.</li>
<li>Responsible for all accruals, projections, and other accounting reports to home office; all accounting functions.</li>
<li>Responsible for assisting in rate change or transfer slips, subcontractor manpower reports, analyzing overhead percentages and craftsman composites and reports to Supervision.</li>
<li>Attend weekly jobsite staff meetings.</li>
<li>Attend weekly jobsite safety meetings.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have proven experience as a timekeeper or other clerical positions.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of Client Programs (SAP, CCTS. Track, Atlas, etc.), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), and Vista.</li>
<li>Integrity in dealings with other associates and clients.</li>
<li>Ability to work with other personalities in the department and company.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication and technical translation.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of all departmental procedures and how they interrelate.</li>
<li>Reasonable ability to self-manage especially in the areas of planning, organizing delegating and decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong mindset especially in the areas of being a team player, dependable, attendance, willingness to work overtime, presentable dress and appearance, willingness to listen and learn, attention to detail, can-do attitude, sense of urgency and energy.</li>
<li>Must be able to acquire Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).</li>
</ul>
