 Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop complete WordPress websites using modern, responsive, and user-friendly layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create or customize themes and templates (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or custom code).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Add and organize website content, images, animations, and multimedia elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal links, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party tools for extended functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain, update, and secure websites regularly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the team to translate business goals into creative web experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare attractive, animated, and visually appealing designs for landing pages, blogs, and full sites.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in WordPress website design and development (please include portfolio links in your CV).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Search Console, and Analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with website performance optimization tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with UI/UX principles and animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, or CSS animations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English and/or Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver creative designs that match brand identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in remote environments.

WordPress Developer & Designer (Remote)

 highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Secretary &amp; Assistant
 
 to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and technology-related initiatives.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have
 
 strong organizational and communication skills in both Arabic and English
 
 , and be familiar with
 
 software project management, IT systems, and remote team coordination
 
 .
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and organize reports, project updates, and presentations for management meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the CEO in managing software development and IT-related projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and follow up with technical teams, developers, testers, and other departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in planning and tracking projects, milestones, and progress using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence and documents in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely communication, task follow-ups, and daily/weekly status reports to the CEO.
 </li>

 Handle basic software testing coordination, reporting issues, and collecting feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in researching new tools, software, and technology solutions that improve productivity and project management.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in a tech or software environment).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of IT concepts, software projects, and testing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multi-cultural, distributed teams.
