Our in-house R&amp;D team is continuously working towards innovations and product improvements.Key Responsibilities-<ul><li>Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance brand image and awareness.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.</li><li>Create and manage engaging content for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute branding and marketing activities.</li><li>Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines and standards.</li></ul>Requirements-&middot; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.&middot; Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.&middot; Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.&middot; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.&middot; Ability to analyze market data and insights to develop targeted marketing strategies.&middot; Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.&middot; Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.&middot; Should have the knowledge of Corel draw and Photoshop.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
