The role combines operational HR (daily discipline and records) with system-building (policy, appraisal, and retention framework).Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding All open positions filled within 30 days; structured onboarding checklists followed2. Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Coordination Accurate monthly attendance &amp; overtime records with &lt;1% error3. Performance &amp; Discipline Management Monthly performance feedback system implemented for all staff; reduction in repeat absences/misconduct4. Employee Engagement &amp; Retention Conduct 1 engagement activity per month; improve retention by 10%.5 HR Systems &amp; Policy Development Create and document HR processes (recruitment, appraisal, leave, exit) within 3 monthsJob Description (JD)Position: HR Generalist &ndash; ManufacturingLocation: Ishman Components LLP, [Your City]Reporting To: Operations HeadResponsibilities:Recruitment &amp; OnboardingIdentify manpower needs from department headsSource candidates through job portals, agencies, and local referencesConduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiationEnsure joining formalities, ID cards, induction, and probation trackingAttendance &amp; Payroll CoordinationMonitor daily attendance through biometric or manual systemsMaintain shift, overtime, and leave dataCoordinate with Accounts for payroll processing and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)Performance ManagementMaintain monthly performance reports for each departmentTrack warnings, improvements, and disciplinary actionsSupport creation of KPI-based appraisal formatsEmployee Relations &amp; EngagementOrganize team activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiativesHandle grievances professionally and maintain disciplineSupport training sessions and shopfloor communicationCompliance &amp; HR DocumentationMaintain updated employee records, contracts, and formsAssist in audits and ISO/IATF HR-related documentationSupport safety and statutory training recordsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
