Job Summary:We are looking to Hire someone for as fashion consultant for our retail Studio Located in Linking Road ,Bandra west.The Fashion Consultant will assist customers with purchasing merchandise .Need to have previous knowledge in the field of fashion.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greets and interacts with customers.</li><li>Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.</li><li>Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.</li><li>Answers customer's questions about merchandise.</li><li>Assists customers with purchase decisions.</li><li>Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.</li><li>Collects payment using the store point of sale system.</li><li>Processes returns and exchanges.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent active listening skills.</li><li>Excellent sales and customer service skills.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.</li><li>Ability to anticipate customer's needs.</li><li>Ability to recommend merchandise to customers.</li><li>Ability to operate or to quickly learn the stores point-of-sale system.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous retail experience preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>sales: 1 year (Required)</li><li>work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
