The ideal candidates must hold valid UAE maritime licenses, STCW certification, and Seaman ID, with proven offshore experience.Key Responsibilities &ndash; Captains<ul><li>Safely operate and navigate vessels in offshore conditions (up to 24m).</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE maritime and offshore regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular safety checks and ensure readiness of all safety equipment.</li><li>Supervise crew and oversee all offshore trips and charters.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and inspections.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities &ndash; Assistant Captains / Deckhands<ul><li>Assist the Captain in vessel operations and offshore trips.</li><li>Handle mooring, anchoring, and deck operations.</li><li>Support safety drills, maintenance tasks, and inspections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company and ADNOC safety standards.</li></ul>Requirements &ndash; Captains<ul><li>Valid UAE Captain&rsquo;s License (minimum 24m, FTA or DMCA).</li><li>Valid STCW certification.</li><li>Valid Seaman ID / Seaman Book.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of offshore marine experience (preferably with ADNOC projects).</li><li>Strong English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work extended hours at sea.</li><li>H2S &amp; T-BOSIET certifications (preferred).</li><li>ENG1 / Medical Fitness certificate (preferred).</li></ul>Requirements &ndash; Assistant Captains<ul><li>Mandatory: STCW certification + Seaman ID.</li><li>Offshore / commercial vessel experience (minimum 1 year).</li><li>Knowledge of basic navigation, safety drills, and mooring operations.</li><li>Experience working on commercial boats / ADNOC projects preferred.</li><li>English communication skills.</li></ul>To ApplyPlease submit your CV along with clear copies of:<ul><li>Captain&rsquo;s License (for Captains only)</li><li>STCW certification</li><li>Seaman ID / Seaman Book</li><li>Additional offshore certificates (H2S, T-BOSIET, ENG1 &ndash; if available</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
