Female HR &amp; Public Relations OfficerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 3,000 &ndash; 4,000 per month (based on experience)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, hiring).</li><li>Handle all government portals: MOHRE, E-Channel, and Daman.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and HR regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR and employee records.</li><li>Support employee relations and handle administrative coordination.</li><li>Communicate with government and external entities when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidate currently based in the UAE.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Prior HR experience within the UAE is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MOHRE, E-Channel, and Daman systems.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, HR software).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
