 </li>

 Collaborate with content, media, and event teams to deliver impactful visuals
 </li>

 Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for festivals and events
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and visual storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid grasp of typography, layout, and color theory
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage time and handle tight deadlines
 
 
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications

 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in cultural/non-profit/religious organizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi design adaptation is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with motion graphics/video editing is an advantage
