Our dynamic, team-oriented culture empowers employees to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact every day as we continue to expand and innovate within the property management industry.What will you do?The Property Manager plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that each community meets its presentation, operational, and financial goals. In addition, the Property Manager is responsible for attracting and serving residents, selling new and pre-owned manufactured homes and park models when needed.The Property Manager&rsquo;s responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manage and lead the Property Management function for one locations.</li><li>Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including community buildings, amenities, and roads.</li><li>Set high-quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to our residents.</li><li>Respond promptly to potential residents, provide tours, and maintain a high occupancy rate.</li><li>Ensure that the property remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to maximize occupancy.</li><li>Routinely inspect the entire property and its amenities and promptly report any issues to management.</li><li>Build a sense of community and pride in the property.</li><li>Work with tenants to collect rent, making sure all rules are followed, and ensuring the profitability of the community.</li><li>Conduct evictions and documenting all financial transactions and delinquent accounts.</li><li>Be available for any emergency that may arise at the property.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>2+ years of manufactured housing/multi-unit property management experience required.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience in property management.</li><li>Working knowledge of all applicable laws including but not limited to Fair Housing laws.</li><li>Experience in marketing and/or sales a plus.</li><li>Dynamic, outgoing, customer focused team member with a service first attitude.</li><li>Detailed oriented, organized leader who meets deadlines</li><li>Ability to work well on a team or individually</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
