Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our Dental Practice. In this vital role, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Dental administrative support while contributing to quality patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately utilizing dental scheduling software and coordinate follow-up visits or procedures</li><li>Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes for a range of dental insurance companies</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages efficiently</li><li>Maintain organized dental records and ensure proper filing of patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Assist with billing processes including dental coding , collection efforts, and documentation review</li><li>Support dental staff by preparing intake forms, updating patient information, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-organized front desk environment</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly preferred; familiarity with medical or hospital settings is a plus</li><li>Experience with medical billing, dental coding, insurance verification, and health information management is desirable</li><li>Bilingual skills are a valuable asset for serving diverse patient populations</li><li>Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient service with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Previous clerical or administrative experience in a Denatl environment will help you excel in this role</li></ul>Join our team and be part of a vibrant Dental Office where your organizational skills and friendly demeanor make a real difference!
