Role DescriptionIs Mellus &ndash; Import from Sardinia, an international company based in Dubai and specialized in the import and distribution of high-quality Italian food products, is looking for a skilled and reliable Accounting &amp; Warehouse Supervisor.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid background in warehouse operations, including stock and expiry management using the FIFO method.Key Responsibilities&middot; - Full management of the accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoice issuance and entry using QuickBooks Online&middot; - Accurate application of UAE VAT regulations and preparation/submission of VAT returns according to FTA guidelines&middot; - Assistance in the preparation and coordination of Corporate Tax returns&middot; - Maintenance and audit of all financial documents related to sales, purchases, and import activities&middot; - Monitoring of payment flows, bank reconciliations, and related reporting&middot; - Warehouse oversight and inventory control, including:&middot; - Stock monitoring and inventory level tracking&middot; - Expiry date control and shelf-life management&middot; - Implementation and daily supervision of the FIFO system&middot; - Verification of incoming goods: customs documents, delivery notes, product quality and compliance&middot; - Coordination between logistics, finance, and management to ensure full compliance and traceability of operations&middot; - Support in preparing accurate data for periodic tax filings and internal financial reportsRequired Qualifications&middot; - Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in accounting and fiscal management in the UAE&middot; - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations&middot; - Advanced use of QuickBooks Online&middot; - Attention to detail and autonomy in managing financial documentation&middot; - Good command of spoken and written English&middot; - Strong organizational and communication skills, with reliability and problem-solving attitudeWhat We Offer:&middot; - Full-time contract with growth opportunities&middot; - International and professional work environment&middot; - Ongoing training on fiscal regulations and management tools&middot; - Integration into a dynamic and skilled team within the global food trading industryHow to ApplyPlease send your updated CV with the subject line:Application &ndash; Accounting &amp; Warehouse Supervisor &ndash; DubaiOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.No calls, no WhatsAppJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QuickBooks Online: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Uae VAT regulations: 3 years (Required)</li><li>VAT returns: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Warehouse oversight and inventory control: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Food importation: 3 years (Required)</li><li>logistic: 3 years (Required)</li><li>food industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 15/09/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
