Intergraded Security Management Group (ISMG) is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented <b>Unarmed Construction Site Security Officers</b> to become an important part of our construction site security team. This position requires officers who can work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and other site personnel while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.</p><p>
This is more than a traditional security position. Our officers are expected to be proactive, professional, and committed to protecting people, equipment, and property while providing outstanding customer service.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Control access to the construction site by verifying authorized personnel and visitors.</li><li>
Monitor and patrol the site on foot and/or by vehicle.</li><li>
Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.</li><li>
Conduct regular inspections of gates, fencing, equipment, and materials.</li><li>
Assist with opening and securing the site at the beginning and end of each shift.</li><li>
Document incidents, safety concerns, and daily activities using electronic reporting systems.</li><li>
Work closely with site management, contractors, and project personnel as part of the construction team.</li><li>
Enforce site rules and safety procedures in a professional and respectful manner.</li><li>
Report emergencies, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly.</li><li>
Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required).</li><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred for mobile assignments).</li><li>
Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.</li><li>
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.</li><li>
Basic computer and smartphone skills for electronic reporting.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Previous construction site security experience.</li><li>
Experience in access control or gate security.</li><li>
CPR/First Aid Certification.</li><li>
Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
Walk and stand for extended periods.</li><li>
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.</li><li>
Perform routine patrols over uneven terrain.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
