The Supervisor of Enterprise System Services is a key leadership role within the Infrastructure Services Department, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and management of enterprise-level systems across Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Environments. This position requires a balance of deep technical expertise, a proven track record of success in mapping out and delivering on numerous strategic initiatives, overseeing highly performant teams, as well as driving operational excellence and continuous innovation across the organization’s technology platforms.

How you will make an Impact
 <ul>
<li>Monitor and manage team workload, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term project goals. Projects are to be managed from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and on budget.</li>
<li>Define, track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service delivery, system performance operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Ensure high availability, performance and scalability across hybrid environments spanning on-premises and cloud infrastructure, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed, covering Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud platforms.</li>
<li>Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.</li>
<li>Identity emerging technologies and develop strategies to modernize and future-proof the Enterprise Infrastructure, fostering growth in areas of technical proficiency, problem-solving and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Partner with IT leadership to align infrastructure capabilities with organizational goals and digital strategy.</li>
<li>Demonstrate sound critical thinking by analyzing and resolving moderate to high infrastructure-related incidents, providing root cause analysis (RCA) and documented resolution steps.</li>
<li>Champion process improvements that enhance system reliability, performance and sustainability, enhancing/creating documentation as appropriate.</li>
</ul>
What we are looking for
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise Infrastructure technologies, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, clustering, etc.), and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ (CLI, IAM, Storage Management, Ansible)</li>
<li>Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, identity management, cost optimization).</li>
<li>Proven success implementing automation frameworks (e.g. PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Automation).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of networking, virtualization and security best practices.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex technical projects.</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Experience managing budgets, timelines, hardware/software lifecycle and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Forward-thinking, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 per year. This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required.
